Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details (where available).
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities (Pakistan): 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to weather and courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information so you can monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
Delivery Attempts
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided shipping address. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order. Riwaaj Collection is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver every order on time, unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, or other events beyond our control may cause delays.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
Currently, Riwaaj Collection delivers within Pakistan only. We will announce international shipping services if they become available in the future.
